I generally don't like to watch Olbermann, if I'm going to take in a smug, sarcastic, self-absorbed pundit, I generally prefer to torture myself with someone who i disagree with, but having watched this (and despite the fact that he's as smug and sarcastic as ever) I can't find fault with much of anything he says.

I love Keith's sense of outrage: a combination of indignation, sarcasm and disgust. But his statement that McCain, Palin and Annie Polk are in a crucible of events beyond their control, says it all for me. Somehow, behind the scenes, are there Greater Powers At Work? I don't know, but thankfully there are people out there like Keith to keep the playing field somewhat level and pertinent for those of us on the sidelines.

I think I love you! Once again, you've hit the nail on the head, multiple times. I keep thinking of the verse in the Bible, New Testament, from Jesus that says (and I'm paraphrasing here), "And why do you look at the splinter in your brother's eye, and not notice the beam which is in your own eye?"

It not only accentuates what a creepy little man McCain is, I mean let's face it folks, even if he is not mouthing the words it has his blessing.
Additionally, it magnifies the level of stupidity of Sarah Palin. She make Dan Quayle look like a choir boy. It is interesting to see a man's true character emerge when he is under stress.
We don't need the McCain personality in the oval office. He just doesn't have the gear for the job.
